In the rare chance you need to make a return:

• An inquiry into a return shall be made within 60 days of purchase by completing an emailed written request. 
• Please state the reason for the return and specify if you would like a replacement or return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise determined by the business. 
• We will gladly correct an issue if it is because of a craftsmanship error. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping or during installation by the customer. All shipping is insured so shipping damages should be addressed with the associated carrier.
• We will not accept returns on items that have been customized in stain/finish for color reasons.  Stains and finishing information will be shared with the customer prior to the order being submitted. Color selection, once confirmed, can not be changed once the item has been built.
